We Did It!

So we're doing it! And you can too!

We did it ya’ll!

In under 2 months we came together to raise over $20k to save MassQ Ball 2025!

Over 100 individuals and giving groups stepped up to fill the gap left by the termination of our NEA funding. We knew how important this event was to us, but this crowdfunding campaign showed us how important it is to all of you.

And that means all the world to me.

Thank you. Because of your support we are now back on track to bringing this event to life, featuring the work of 18+ organizations and over 150 artists representing traditions all over the world, in a green space with trees from all over the world, to envision and manifest a world where color, culture and community are celebrated.

And you can be a part!

In addition to donating, there’s another way to have a direct hand in MassQ Ball 2025:

Call For MassQers

We are currently seeking 40 talented visual artists to serve as MassQers at the Ball — engaging attendees and transforming those who wish into works of art.

Selected MassQers will receive:
- A $300 stipend
- Exclusive Training in MassQing by yours truly
- A pivotal role in a public arts ritual

MassQers must be able to attend a training workshop held at the Arnold Arboretum on either of the following dates/times:
- Saturday, Sept 27 | 2–4PM Or
- Sunday, Sept 28 | 2–4PM

This opportunity is open to artists ages 16 and up (under 18 requires parent permission).
